Fantastic attention to detail for our anniversary celebration.
Confusing check-in process with unclear directions to our room.

Due to the spaciousness of the rooms & bathroom, made for relaxing stay. Enjoyed being on the 11th floor and was able to relax on the couch and look thru the vast window to the busy world!

Favourable and unbeatable location, right next to a public square, loved this place. Large room with brilliant shower, a comfortable bed and the 12th level. Great value for money and substantial breakfast with multiple options, reasonably priced...

the hotel is very central to the cbd and within easy walking distance to theatre's, casino, and restaurants. the staff are excellent and check-in and out very easy, with the option of express checkout. the room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. no noise from outside such as traffic, or noise from other rooms was great as i had just spent the night in another hotel where i heard the people next door talking!!. i would definetly stay here again.
the only minor annoyance was exit signs to lifts etc were a bit confusing but no big deal

Very comfortable room & bed. Loved the swimming pool. (Gym looked great but the pool suited me).Restaurants were very good - food choice and quality was very good. Excellent Japanese food.Staff were, mainly, very pleasant and helpful.Parking facilities excellent. No intrusion of noise from other rooms or corridors - a big plus! Lovely central location with very easy access to motorways and other parts of the city.
Lack of attention to detail from some staff

The private parking was nearby, good service. Had a lot of options for breakfast, it was substantial. The location in the centre of Aukland was particularly good and easy for us.

The Club Floor offers excellent value. Outstanding staff throughout the facility.
The Dining Room menu was of limited interest. Room Service was good. Most major hotels now offer only a non-smoking environment. Why not The Rendezvous?

It was a reliable pick for a short visit in Auckland with reasonable pricing. One staff member even helped us recover our luggage left behind, making our trip stress-free. Make sure to check your room availability before check-in to avoid delays.

Clean property with highly courteous and very knowledgeable staff with worst service inNZ. Good and perfect location - not too far from a vast public plaza. Also - near the harbour and main shopping area, and many eateries nearby.

The room was very comfortable
I think that for the price the car parking should be included. Also the dinner (Steak) i ordered was not well done which mean i had to send back and by the time the replacement arrived my partners meal was cold. Customer Services said there would be no charge however when checking out of Hotel in morning they charged!

Our stay was fantastic! We enjoyed the clean, spacious room upgrade, and the food was excellent ranging from breakfast buffet staples to unique entrees. The atmosphere at the atrium bar, especially with the stunning night view of the Sky Tower, was remarkable. I’d happily return!
